This policy covers our use of personal information that we collect on our site.
When you use our site some details are stored on our systems and this policy shows
you how we will use this information.
Visitor Information and Cookies
We log details of your visit to enable us to see how the site is being used and
this information is aggregated into a sum value for site analysis. We also provide
a contact form and we do not store any information you enter including email address.
This is used for one off correspondence.
For restricted areas of the site you will be required to login and we store an encrypted
cookie with your username within the computers memory. This allows us to give access
to valid users only. This information is held securely and is not given out to anyone
outside our company. We may also ask for details such as name, email, phone number
etc and this information is used internally to manage your account. These details
remain within Bracoara.
We will keep personally identifiable information as long as you are a customer of
ours or as long as you use our services. After this period we will delete all such
data.
Payment Details
We use Paypal to process our customer orders. We do NOT store any credit card details
on our systems whatsoever and have NO access to any sensitive customer information.
We encourage customers to read the Paypal privacy statement.
Access to your personal information
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about
you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. (We charge £10 for this service.) Please
